1:1 ADHD coaching for professionals
Private, virtual coaching for people who are good at their jobs and tired of how hard it feels. Practical, confidential, and built entirely around you.
Coaching is a great fit if you…
- Are a professional, manager, leader, or business owner with ADHD, diagnosed or suspected
- Are performing well, but it costs you more effort than it should
- Are navigating a transition, like a new role, a promotion, or a career change
- Want practical strategies for your actual work, not generic advice
- Are ready to experiment, reflect, and take an active role in the process
It's not the right fit if you…
- Are looking for an ADHD diagnosis, therapy, or medication advice
- Are in crisis or need mental health treatment right now
- Want someone to manage your tasks for you
- Are hoping for a one-session quick fix
Your real work, your real week
Every engagement is different, because every professional is. These are some of the areas clients most often bring to coaching.
- Prioritizing when everything feels urgent
- Getting started on the work you keep avoiding
- Managing time, energy, and an overloaded calendar
- Meetings, email, and communication that drain you
- Following through on commitments without the last-minute scramble
- Stepping into a new role, promotion, or leadership position
- Boundaries between work and the rest of your life
- Recovering from, and preventing, burnout
Coaching that keeps working between sessions
Private 1:1 sessions
Focused video sessions centred on your goals, your role, and what is happening in your work right now.
A personalized plan
We map your strengths, energy patterns, and sticking points, then build strategies around them.
Session recaps
A short written summary after each session with the key takeaways and what you are trying next.
Support between sessions
Light-touch check-ins between sessions, so momentum does not depend on remembering everything until we next meet.
Confidential by default
What you share in coaching stays between us. I never share details of our work with your employer, colleagues, or anyone else without your explicit permission, including when your company is paying for coaching.
The only exceptions are the rare situations where someone's safety is at risk or the law requires disclosure. We'll go over this together before we start.
Coaching, not therapy
Therapy often explores the past and treats mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-looking and practical: we focus on your goals, your work, and the strategies that help you reach them.
Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat ADHD, and it isn't a substitute for medical or mental health care. Many clients find it works well alongside therapy or medication.
Your company may cover it
Many professionals fund coaching through their employer. It's worth asking before you pay out of pocket.
Professional development budgets
Many employers set aside learning, development, or wellbeing budgets that can be used for coaching. Ask your manager or HR team what's available. I'm happy to provide whatever documentation they need.
Benefits and spending accounts
Some Canadian employers offer a lifestyle or wellness spending account that can be used for coaching. In the US, some HSA and FSA plans reimburse ADHD coaching with a Letter of Medical Necessity from a healthcare provider. Rules vary from plan to plan, so check with your benefits provider before relying on it.
Investment
Fees depend on the length and format of our work together. We'll talk through options on your discovery call, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Ready to work with your brain, not against it?
Start with a free, no-pressure discovery call. We'll talk about what's going on at work and whether coaching is the right fit.
